I’m Lucy – cat parent, brunch addict, and full-time marketer. I went gluten & dairy free a year ago, after discovering that it helped cure my chronic fatigue and brain fog.
I juggle a full-time office job with intensive weight-training, so many of my recipes can be meal-prepped in bulk. That’s also why you’ll find a lot of high-protein meals in this blog – but also a load of fun treats for when I need a break from training.
When I’m not inventing recipes for this blog, you can usually find me dreaming about my next travels or attempting to cuddle my cat while she runs away.
